FAM Starts to Distribute Soccer balls to each and every Island

Football Association of Maldives (FAM) started to distribute Soccer balls to each and every Island. 

General Secretary of FAM, Hussain Jawaz said that these soccer balls will be distributed through MPs of each constituency and each Island will receive 10 balls.  

These balls were bought by FAM and Sports Ministry for this year's 'Minivan championship'. However due to coronavirus pandemic the competition was called off. 

Jawaz said Minister for sports Ahmed Mahloof insisted to distribute these balls to Islands. 

He also said that many balls are already distributed and this work will be completed soon.
